how can i clean my tefal pro expree steam iron,the instuctions say not to use any descalers?

I have followed the instuctions and flushed out the tank but the warning light keeps flashing

We use 2 of these irons as my sister and my mum run an ironing service/business, first of all they said DO NOT use any descaler, just flush it out as per the instructions and when you restart it you have to hold down the (RESET) button down for more than 3 seconds, it will then stop flashing and you are good to go again, have fun…………………
